REFUNDS & RETURNS & CANCELATION POLICY
The print we send you is made to order just for you, the way you want them. Whilst we carefully check all products before packing and dispatching them to you, if you receive our prints product that is either incorrect or damaged, you can return these products to us for a replacement.

Please have the following information to hand if you need to contact us about returning your product:
- Your order reference
- Why you want to return the good.
- Whether you are looking for a replacement product or a refund.
Please contact our customer services team about the item you wish to return within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Once our team has confirmed that the product can be returned for replacement or refund, you will be asked to return your products back to us in their original undamaged packaging with your full contact details within 14 days of receipt of your item.
Any refunds made will be by crediting the original debit/credit card used to make the original purchase.
We are unable to make refunds for choosing incorrect product size as all our products are custom made to order just for you. We accept no responsibility for defective installation, It is the customers’ responsibility to check the product on receipt and before hanging it to a wall surface. We are unable to offer any refunds resulting from the incorrect hanging of your products.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
A.O.A Print (aoaprint.com and aoaprint.co.uk) has the right to reject damaged goods and decline any return. All items sent for a return must have a proper Merchandise Return Form (MRF) accompanying the return shipment. Within which the return address to send your returned print will be provided.
If the MRF form is missing A.O.A Print reserves the right to decline a return.
Refunds, exchanges, and store credits are processed only after an issued MRF form is received, the purchased items are received and the customer specifies what type of return he/she would like to process.
Refunds are judged based on receipt of the item and not when shipped out.
All returns for credit must be in original condition, include original packing material, manuals, and all other accessories provided upon original delivery.
Free Return Shipping is not available on both UK orders and International orders.
Financial refund for return shipping will not be issued.
(Also initial shipping charges are not refundable).
All expenses incurred by the customer for shipping the item without the agreement from A.O.A Print will not be reimbursed.
Where appropriate a replacement will be shipped within 5-7 days of us receiving your print, Expedited replacement is not available. Original Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
