When buying a canvas print we know how important it is to get it just right and that is why we are here to guide you. If we feel your image quality is too low we will let you know as we want to make sure that you, your friends and family are impressed when you have it proudly hung in your home.
Order details can not be changed once it has been placed. The only exception to this is the delivery address, which can be changed if the order has not yet been shipped. To change this, please contact AOA Print via email at email@example.com or call 07383982211.

Unfortunately we are unable to add more files to an existing order, however you can create a new order.
Yes! If you want multiple copies of your image in the same format, simply increase the quantity of your item in the Choose Format page or in the Shopping Cart.
After you place your order, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the address you provided when ordering. You can download your invoice as a PDF by clicking “Invoice” in this e-mail.

The error occurred because the amount to be charged is zero. therefore the transaction cannot be processed.
How can I solve this error- Please proceeds to select a product via the drop down until a product price is generated and try again.
Unfortunately, cash payments are not possible for logistical reasons. Please do not send us any cash or cheques. We cannot accept liability if they are lost in transit.
The 3-D Secure process is designed to ensure that the buyer is the legitimate credit card holder. This should be a feature for any purchases you make with Visa or MasterCard. After you click through to complete payment, a registration page from your bank will be shown, where you’ll need to enter your payment details. The payment will only be accepted once the correct details have been entered, providing you with an extra layer of security.
Most of our products are shipped with UPS, DX parcel FORCE, and DHL. Based on city and country. For smaller packages (orders of only 1 or 2 articles in formats no larger than 40 x 30cm) we use Royal Mail.

The ideal file format for your individual photo prints must be sized to the exact print size being ordered. For example, if you require an 8×5” print the file should be sized exactly to 8”x5”. Failure to do so may result in unintentional cropping of the image. For optimum print results please make sure that your image has an embedded sRGB colour profile rather than a tagged colour profile.
The files should be uploaded in JPEG format at a quality of 8 or higher, with a resolution of 300dpi, the correct colour profile is sRGB to get an accurate colour result in print.

If you can’t find the size print you are looking for this would be considered a bespoke size print, You can resize your image either up or down on a canvas in Adobe Photoshop application that is the same size as the print you are ordering. If you can’t find the confirmation e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
For best results, your digital camera resolution should not be less than four megapixels.
We don’t recommend using images with a resolution below 75 DPI, but for best print quality we recommend resolution of 300dpi and above.
We can work with .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF or .WEBP up to a file size of 60 MB.
An aspect ratio is the length-to-width ratio of an image. If the aspect ratio of a print format differs too greatly from that of your uploaded image, that print format will not be offered. Therefore, if you don’t see a particular format you want after uploading your image file, you may need to choose a different image with an aspect ratio that’s more suitable.
If you want to edit your image file before uploading, we recommend Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter and PaintShop Pro.
Yes, you can upload your image in black and white. You can also convert a colour photo into black and white.
No, we cannot edit or crop your image before printing. When you upload your photo, Once you have placed your order, a print file is immediately generated for the selected format and this is sent to production. Only very professionally required minor adjustments are made to fit image fit or suit print media.
We accept images up to 99 megabytes in size. If you would like to use larger files, please get in touch with our support team via email.
Simply click on “Upload Photos” on the Create your own page, either for Canvas or Acrylic.
All printers require a surrounding bleed area of 3-5mm on every edge. If your text or key lines are in the outer bleed area then there is a chance that this will be cropped from the print. We would recommend having any text or important subjects at least 5mm away from every edge of the file. Slightly thicker borders are always best on smaller prints as very thin borders optically draw the eye if they are ever so slightly uneven.
Our standard prints are created using Double Ricoh Gen5 UV Printheads. We print on a wide range of media, the most common for non-commercial customers is our Canvas and Acrylic print. However, for our commercial customer, we offprint of a wide range of surface

Unfortunately, we do not offer any Photoshop adjustments or colour correction services. We will print the file exactly as we have received them through the website. The colour and quality management of any image is your responsibility so please ensure that all files are in the correct colour profile (sRGB IEC61966-2.1).
Yes, we do offer a range of Custom Canvas prints. To find out if we have the size that you are looking for please pop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the bespoke measurements required and we can then confirm whether this custom canvas size is possible. Our premium stretcher bars are only available in even derivatives of inches so this will need to be considered when requesting your size.
Canvas and Acrylic print: Max size is 96 inches by 60 inches
After uploading your image you will see an option to select the printing area of your image and you will see the option between Gallery wrap ( we use your image and extend it to the sides ) / Mirroring ( we reflect the extremity of your image and reflect it on the side so you are not loosing any area in front your canvas / or Solid color
We are using a 410g/m2 fine art Matte Canvas, with a Polycotton blend, 70% cotton, and 30% polyester to provide the best strength and pure white color
When you select our premium “wrap” style, 1.5-inch thick wood Frame for your canvas print, we will increase the size of your image by 1.5 inches all around. This way we can wrap the canvas around the frame with the edges of your image. We will however always check to make sure we are not removing a crucial element of your picture.
We process all our images at 300dpi (PPI) Don’t enlarge your image, we will take care of it. We do suggest you send sRGB, Highest quality JPG format
Stretched Canvas print: Max size is 100 inches by 54 inches. Canvas print shipped in Roll: Max size is 150 inches by 58 inches. Please note that if you want even bigger we can print your artwork in multiple panels
Simple, just put 2 nails or screws (with suitable wall plugs) per canvas, unless very large and more are required, into your wall and simply sit the frames on them. This will give a flush fit on the wall. We don’t provide fixings for health and safety reasons as we can’t guess your wall type and don’t want to provide the wrong fixings.
Turnaround Times & Packaging
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the day the order is placed,
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. Delivered will then be as per the time scales stated in the shipping & delivery option tables in how it works.
While we are usually exceptional on our turnaround times, this is a timeframe we endeavor to stick to but unfortunately not a guarantee of how long an order may take, especially during peak times. Where delay is caused by a factor beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible for any loss suffered but will always do our best to assist customers where possible.
Our products enter production only once payment has been received. Production begins on any business day if payment has been received by 9 am. Canvas prints (without Premium Frame) will then be produced within the next 24 hours and will be ready to ship. (Please note that in some cases delays may occur.) Delays in delivery are possible. Unfortunately, we have no influence over the delivery time once your order has been picked up by the courier.
In order to enable your goods to reach you undamaged, we only use high-quality special packaging for our products. Our canvas print panel products are, for example, furnished with an extra layer of edge protection so that the corners are not damaged in transit. Most of our products are also wrapped in a firm air cushion foil. Wrapped canvases and acrylic are packaged in bespoke size corrugated cardboard boxes with protective corners and individual wrapping to ensure they arrive safely.

Provided that your order is shipped with a tracking number, you can see the current shipping status of your order when dispatched on our website and track with courea on their website. Enter the tracking number found in your shipping notification email into the third-party courea website tracking field.
If you want to measure where to drill, the stand-off is at 1 inch from the border, and the stand-off size approx 3/4 inch.
Thickness:1/8″ – Light & Economical
The 1/8″ acrylic is a slim & economical thickness to print. Also lighter than 3/16, so easier to install. Quality of print is not affected by the acrylic thickness. Your Acrylic print 1/8″ with back float frame will not bend regardless of the size, since the back frame is supporting the acrylic on almost the entire area.
3/16″ – Greater optical depth
This 3/16″ thickness provides a greater optical depth. And if you select the “Standoff” Mounting method with a print size over 40 inches long, the acrylic might bend between the “standoff” and we might suggest you switch to a stronger 3/16″ acrylic, also providing a greater optical depth.
Your confirmation email is the invoice for your order. This will contain any necessary VAT and company information for you to use for your tax or records. When sending an order directly to a client, always ensure to input your own email address so the invoice will be sent directly to you. We do not include any paper invoices, so please ensure to keep a copy of your confirmation email for your records either in a saved or printed format ready for your yearly accounts.
Yes of course. We offer a full standard service which can be delivered directly to your customer. Simply input your client’s delivery address at the checkout and we’ll print, package and deliver the order directly to them so you can save on your overall postage costs. We never include paper invoices in any of our parcels, just ensure you include your own email address at the checkout, as your confirmation email will be your order invoice.
Returns & Issues
After 2 working days from the estimated delivery time-scales stated in the shipping & delivery option tables your order doesn’t arrive please get in touch. If the parcel has been confirmed lost with the couriers we will re-print and dispatch your order free of charge. We will always do our best to endeavor to resolve any problems or queries as quickly as possible to ensure your ordering experience is smooth and hassle-free.
In the unlikely event that your prints do get damaged then please notify us within 3 working days so we can investigate the issue and contact the couriers. Please notify us by emailing email@example.com. quoting your order number which can be found in your dispatched confirmation email. You should also attach a couple of images of the damaged products and/or packaging and we will respond with a resolution via email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email this may indicate that your order hasn’t been uploaded or come through to us. Please check your email program as it may have mistakenly classified it as spam so your confirmation email could be in your junk folder. However, if you are unsure please give us a call or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm if your order is live and resend your confirmation for you.
